- Conducted a project study for their existing Paging System
- Measured sound level of glass plant using SPL (Sound pressure level) Meter
- Made recommendations for proper mounting height and type of speakers to minimize echoes and feedback.

Chikka Holdings, Inc. is a leading provider of enhanced mobile messaging services to mobile carriers around the world. CLIENT: Concierge Prive International
Concierge Prive is an exclusive luxury lifestyle membership club with offices in Taiwan, Japan, Brunei, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China. Specializing in luxury arrangements, accommodations and business centers.
CLtech was tasked to provide the Smart Card Hotel Lock System with integrated software system for membership and reservation management. System also has capability to be interfaced to Micros Fidelio Hotel Management System.
CLIENT: Delos Santos Medical Center
For more than 55 years, Delos Santos Medical Center has expanded to a world class teaching hospital, accommodating more than 150 bed capacity with complete services, backed-up with state of the art medical equipments.
CLtech TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGE
CLtech is part of a consortium that designed, installed and commissioned a fire alarm system for Delos Santos Medical Center as per NFPA 72 and PD 1185 standards.
Patients within health care facilities are presumed to be incapable of self-preservation. Therefore, their safety depends on an appropriate combination of in-place fire and life safety features along with an acceptable staff response.
CLtech provided a Health Care Facility Evacuation and Re-entry Plan with emphasis to visual, hearing and mobility impaired persons. The plan identified the specific roles of the Facilities Operations Manager, Floor Manager and Wing Wardens. In addition, the plan provided a checklist of fire emergency supplies.
CLIENT: JSU-AMOSUF Mariner's Hotel
A Japanese funded hotel designed to address the needs of mariners. The hotel was constructed to serve as a transient haven for the families of seafarers. Various function halls, dining venues, and other recreational facilities are made available. CLtech was tasked to provide the systems below:

For more than 10 years, New Fortune Knit Craft Inc. is one of the leading manufacturers of textiles in the Philippines. They provide 24 hour textile knitting services. They are one of the main textile suppliers of garment exporters in the Philippines.

Management spends a very cumbersome time in tracing records and counter-checking data integrity. Thus affecting personnel work efficiency. The challenge involves the implementation of an Information Systems Plan to streamline operations.

CLtech conducted an in depth Business Process Reengineering to streamline operations from: data gathering, systems analysis, system design, system programming, equipment acquisition, client/server configuration, LAN installation, system testing, user training up to full systems deployment.
- Standardized the implementation of coding conventions.
- Eliminated redundant documentary processing.
- Automated the documentary process for: Production, Warehouse, Management, Suppliers and Customers.
- Provided additional monitoring for: moving and non-moving stocks, production output level, back-job level, checks due for deposit and inventory items in the critical or zero level.
- Defined user data access level permissions.
- CLtech conducted parallel testing between manual and automated process to facilitate smooth system migration, prior to full system deployment.
CLIENT: Philippine Rice Research Institute
Phil-Rice previously used the following technologies for their time and attendance system: bundy clock, log box and usb based fingerprint capturing system. However, personnel from other buildings as well as field workers had to go to the Main building just to time in and out. The challenge is for us to install on every accessible building a time and attendance system that can run on a wide area network.

- Installed Biometric Time and Attendance System interconnecting five remote building through a fiber optic backbone
- Users can time-in or time-out from any building
- Users do not have to register their biometric data per terminal, one master terminal registration then upload to other slave terminals
- Provided FREE software development kit for Philrice to customize exported data to match their existing Personnel Management System

For more than 25 years, Philippine Rural Bank grown to be the biggest rural bank in Region 2 and one of the largest in the Philippines. It is one of the top ten rural banks in the Philippines. The rural bank transformed from a single branch to a 22-branch operation (and still counting).

CLtech is part of a consortium that installed an Integrated Access Control and Digital CCTV System that has the following functionalities:
- Installed a Biometric Access Control Time and Attendance System with custom software interface for third-party payroll software.
- In securing critical areas, system has the capability to detect vibration with sensitivity of 1/1000 of a millisecond.
- System has the capability to control personnel access with multiple area access level permission control.
- Installed a broadband Digital CCTV System, various areas can be remotely viewed via internet or intranet.
- System has capability to remotely send alarm messages via cellular phone or land line with custom voice prompts.
- System has the capability to print access events and alarm reports.
CLIENT: Puregold
Puregold is one of the fastest growing supermarkets in the Philippines, with more than 12 branches nationwide and growing. The management wanted to prevent theft and pilferage issues by being able to monitor each and every transactions made at the check-out counter and warehouse area. Personnel work performance is also being monitored by installing various cameras throughout the facility.

Torre Lorenzo is a high rise mix commercial residential building situated at the heart of Vito Cruz Taft area. As a modern building, Torre Lorenzo decided to augment its security by installing an Electronic Access Control System.

- Installed a Dual Pass Access Control System capable of Proximity Card + Pin or Proximity Card only with Time Zoning function
- System is capable to be interfaced with existing fire alarm system
- Electromagnetic locks, Override Button, Push-to-Exit Button, Momentary Button and an Exit Proximity reader was installed to address various access scenarios
- Power Supply with battery back-up and charger are installed to address power interruptions. AVR with Power-on-delay are installed to address power surge issues.

Vision-X Call center, with offices in China, USA and the Philippines is one of the top 50 contact centers in the World. CLtech is tasked to provide a system that can monitor the quality of trainings facilitated by Vision-X trainers. The challenge is to provide a system that can provide high resolution video with perfect audio synchronization.
